Tips for a successful submission

  1. Read carefully the information provided on the Frequently Asked Questions to guide you through the application process.
  2. Structure your proposal according to the ISIF objectives and selection criteria.
  3. Be as clear and concrete as possible when filling in the application form and template.
  4. Applications longer than 15 pages will not be processed.
  5. The maximum size of the files accepted is 10Mb.
  6. Use the template provided to prepare your proposal profile in detail. Proposals profiles submitted using a different format will not be processed.
  7. Don’t modify the template format. (Be careful when pasting from other documents). Save the document using the same extension of the original template you choose (.doc or .odt). Please don’t convert it to any other extension.
  8. Only include images or diagrams if you think they will be relevant and necessary. (Be careful with the size and resolution of the images you insert in the document).
  9. List only the most relevant activities proposed in the project timetable.
  10. Only include information requested about each member of the team, NOT his or her curriculum vitae/résumé.
  11. Clearly state the objectives of your proposal, and how they are in concordance with the ISIF objectives.
  12. Clearly state the activities to be undertaking in your proposal, detailing the time and resources required.
  13. Provide clear and concrete information about your organisation, the team involved and their capabilities.
  14. Provide a complete budget of how the ISIF grant will be spent.
  15. Check your email and archive the automatic notification sent to you when you submit your application. If you have not receive that email, contact ISIF Secretariat at info@isif.asia to confirm before trying to submit your proposal again.
