- Submission of a proposal including all requested information via the online application form using the template provided.
- Proposal shortlisted by the Grants Evaluation Committee.
- ISIF can request applicants to provide with more detail or modify any part of the proposal (including the requested budget) at any time during the evaluation process. The proposal will not be considered for funding if the changes are not provided within the specified timeline or enough arguments to keep the proposal as originally submitted are presented to the Grants Evaluation Committee.
- The Grant Agreement and bank information have to be signed by the legal representative from the selected organization. A soft copy of the signed document have to be emailed to ISIF Secretariat.
- The Grant Agreement signed by the legal representative of the selected organization will be signed by APNIC director. The contract is not valid without APNIC signature.
- Provision of all administrative information required by ISIF Secretariat.
Any grant funding and, indeed, the application and evaluation process, is entirely at the discretion of the funding partners and they may choose to determine the process at any time up to the time of actual payment.
