What type of contract/agreement do we have to sign to receive the funding?

A grant agreement will be signed between the leading organization of a grant proposal and the APNIC Foundation. It will include the schedule of disbursements and the terms and conditions for the release of grant funds.

An Award Letter will be signed between the awarded organization and the APNIC Foundation. It will include the terms and conditions for the release of award funds.

The legal representative of the selected organization will be required to sign the document. The document is not valid without an authorized APNIC Foundation signature.

These legal documents cannot be tailored to accommodate individual requests so that all grant recipients operate under the same terms and conditions.
