For 2014, 12 organizations, including 3 from the Pacific Islands, received funding for projects to be implemented during 2014 for up to 30,000 AUD. The projects were selected because of the quality of the applications they submitted as well as the relevant development issues they address. Particularly interesting this year was the collaboration among different organizations partnering to support project proposals as well as the higher number of projects that attempt to replicate successful initiatives to further build capacity, knowledge and experience across the region.

During the 2013 call for applications, ISIF Asia received a total of 139 submissions from applicants in 24 different economies across the Asia Pacific Region. The submissions were received from Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Niue, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.
